Privacy
Short version: we keep what we need to run Court Agents, nothing else. No tracking cookies, no ad networks.
What we collect
- Your email, if you sign up for the morning email, ask for an implementation, want a case or submit one.
- Your votes and wants, tied to a random device ID so you can only vote once. Saved cases stay on your device.
- Request details you type into a form: organisation, actor type, the case.
- Sponsor billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see your card.
- Visit counts, without cookies: the page, the site you came from, your country and a visitor code that changes every day. Your IP address is not stored. Kept 13 months.
Why
To send the morning email, to reply to your request within 24h, to count votes fairly and to publish sponsor slots you paid for.
Who processes it
Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Court Agents is run by The Court.
Cookies
One first-party cookie for your device ID, used for votes only. Your theme choice stays in your browser. No analytics cookies: visits are counted without one.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion at arthur@thecourt-agency.fr. We answer within 30 days.
