Transparant Samenwerken case study, 2026 (also Roy Vader on LinkedIn, Apr 2026), Apr 2026
- Who
- Racketclub Overhout, a tennis, padel and squash club in Haarlem, Netherlands, run by an owner and staff. Website chatbot built and maintained by Roy Vader of Transparant Samenwerken, a Haarlem studio for AI, websites and automation for local businesses and associations.
- Problem
- The owner and staff regularly answered calls and emails about information already on the website: court availability, tournament sign-up, membership prices. Giving the same answer every time took time away from the real work of running the club.
- Agent
- A chatbot on the club's website, trained on all of the club's information: schedules, rates, rules and frequently asked questions. Members ask at any hour and get an instant answer. When it cannot resolve something, it tells the visitor where to go instead of guessing. The builder updates its knowledge when rates, schedules or rules change, as part of a monthly plan.

Try it yourself with Website chatbot (Transparant Samenwerken)
You help run a tennis, padel or squash club. Goal: a website chatbot that answers members' everyday questions from our own information and sends anything else to the right person, checked by me before it goes live. My input: [our website pages: schedules, court booking rules, rates, membership, tournaments, lessons], [the 20 questions we get most by phone and email], [who to contact for what, with email or phone], [what changes monthly]. Give me: 1) a clean FAQ knowledge base built only from my info; 2) a short, friendly answer for each frequent question; 3) a hand-off message per topic naming the right contact; 4) a monthly update checklist; 5) 10 test questions with expected answers for me to approve. If the answer isn't in my info, say so and point to a person. What we can do for your club or brand
Most tennis and padel clubs answer the same questions every week: is a court free, how do I enter the tournament, what does membership cost. The Court can set up a website or WhatsApp assistant trained on your own schedules, rates and rules, that answers members at any hour, hands anything else to a named person on your team and is kept up to date, so your staff spend their time with members on site instead of repeating the website.

What they did
The club worked with a local Haarlem builder, Roy Vader of Transparant Samenwerken, who trained a website chatbot on all of the club's information and put it live in April 2026. The chatbot handles questions members used to phone or email about, and points to the right contact for anything it cannot answer. Keeping its knowledge current is part of a monthly plan, so the club has nothing technical to manage.
How it went
According to the builder's case page, the result is fewer repeat questions by phone and email, and an owner and team who can focus on running the club. In a LinkedIn post on 23 Apr 2026, Roy Vader said the assistant now handles questions on opening hours, rates, court booking and lessons 24/7, trained on the club's own information and in its own style, and that members get an answer straight away. Limits: the only sources are the builder's case page and his LinkedIn post (his first chatbot); no figures on question volumes, answer accuracy or time saved have been published.
